My horse won’t eat from most slow feed haynets. How are these different?
Our haynets are intentionally engineered with the horse’s comfort in mind. Crafted from knot‑free nylon netting, they eliminate the harsh pressure points commonly found in traditional designs.
For more particular horses, our 2” square netting provides a more natural, relaxed feeding experience while maintaining structure and durability.
What netting sizes do you offer?
Choose from three square sizes — 1.25”, 1.5”, or 2” — allowing you to tailor intake rate to your program.
How much hay does the Mini hold?
Designed for precision capacity, the Mini carries 1–2 flakes, ideal for controlled feeding and travel setups.
How much hay does the Original hold?
Our best‑selling Original is designed to carry 3–4 flakes, reducing refill frequency while maintaining structure.
What colors are available?
Black remains our core offering.
Throughout the year, we release limited Signature Color Collections in select designs. These curated runs are intentionally small and may not restock once sold out.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Do your haynets come with a warranty?
We stand behind our construction. If a manufacturer defect is identified within 7–14 days of delivery, we will make it right.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
We are working toward broader international distribution. Please contact us for the most up‑to‑date shipping information.
How long will it take to receive my order?
In‑stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours. Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
Shipping timelines may vary during high‑volume releases or Signature Color drops.
What is your return policy?
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If a return is necessary, unused items may be sent back within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Returned items must be mailed back to our facility. Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment, minus shipping costs incurred.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrives with a verified manufacturer defect. Please contact us directly to initiate your return.
Do you accept exchanges?
We offer exchanges in the form of store credit for unused haynets within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible items must be returned in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once received and approved, store credit will be issued accordingly.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless a verified defect is present. Please contact us directly to begin the exchange process.
